So from the Title itself it’s evident what I am going to talk about . Well I am pretty sure that while looking over these Boosters you may feel that : Oh! The same old thing in this I definitely know. Be ask yourself significantly whether you really remember these promoters for your daily practice? If yes than trust me you are doing a favour to yourself and you should feel privileged specially in this Corona Virus Pandemic

So let me tell you to that this is Kind of a Little Reminder to all of us that whether it be cold, Flu, or Corona virus , Nature is our Savior. Let’s use these Fruits , veggies and natural Vitamin boosters to keep ourselves Healthy forever.


How to boost your Immune System to help fight Coronavirus? As the season changes, many of your pals might catch flu or viral disease but some would stand tall even when everyone around them is sick. Some are prone to cold or viral infections while some people get sick very often. Have you ever wondered, why some people fall sick so often and some don’t even catch a symptom of it? It’s all about the body’s immune system.

Stronger the immune system, least chance of getting sick. Your day-to-day actions affects immune system severely such as smoking, disturbed sleeping schedule, stress, unhealthy food, etc. To keep immune system boosted there are various ways, which you can adopt such as regular exercise. To keep your stress in check, meditate and practice yoga regularly. As consumption of vitamins can boost your immune system, the saying, “an apple a day keeps the doctor away” can be proven true

  1. Citrus Fruits

Bright coloured, sweet and sour in taste, and excellent source of vitamin C strengthens the immune system and keeps your skin smooth and elastic. Acidic in nature, citrus fruits commonly originated in tropical and sub-tropical regions of the world. Fresh citrus fruits are recognized as important components in human healthy life as they act as rich source of dietary fibre. Some common example of citrus fruits are lemon, orange, grapefruit

Loaded with compounds called polyphenols, sweeten up dishes from pizza to pasta, red bell peppers deliver numerous health benefits. Belonging to the Nightshade family, red bel peppers are also known as sweet peppers that can be eaten either raw or cooked. Low in calories and exceptionally rich in vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin K1, vitamin E, vitamin A, potassium folate, makes them an excellent addition to a healthy diet.

3.Spinach & Broccoli:

Both the greens are packed with nutrients responsible for preventing cancer risk and other health problems like digestive problems, diabetes, asthma, inflammation, cardio-vascular issues, and many more. Spinach and broccoli are both great source of vitamin C, K and A and the iron, calcium, potassium and magnesium content is almost twice or thrice than broccoli whereas, broccoli contains high nutritional values, as it contains more calories than spinach.

4. Ginger:

Since ancient times people have used ginger in cooking and medicine. Ginger may have anti-bacterial, antiviral and other nutrients makes it popular home remedy for nausea, stomach pain, and other health issues. The best way to consume it is drinking ginger tea.

The ancient Greek physician Hippocrates, often called the father of Western medicine said, “Let food be thy medicine, and medicine be thy food.” Due to its strong smell and delicious taste it is a popular ingredient in cooking. Incredibly nutritious, a clove of raw garlic contains manganese, vitamin B6, vitamin C, selenium, fibre. Garlic supplements combats with the flu and common cold too.

6. Yogurt:

Yogurt is powerhouse of protein and calcium, made by fermenting milk with yogurt culture. Good for bones, a bowl of yogurt contains 300 grams of calcium. The healthy bacteria present in yogurt helps in strengthening your immunity and lowers your chances of contracting various illnesses.

7. Almonds:

Science says, as almonds are nutrient-dense, delicious and portable almonds can help with weight loss or prevent weight gain, improve heart health, balance blood sugar levels, boost brainpower, and so much more. Almonds are packed with proteins and they are rich in healthy fatty acids, low in carbs. Studies shows that almonds and almond oils are anti-inflammatory and immunity-boosting. Researchers in one experiment even connected natural almond skins with a greater line of antiviral defence. Almond skins, in infected cells, stopped a virus from multiplying thus triggering a stronger immune system response.

8. Turmeric:

The golden spice or Indian Saffron, turmeric, is a plant that grows in Asia and Central America. Ayurvedic medicine believes that turmeric acts as an antiviral, antibacterial and antiparasitic. It has been used in curing diabetes, pain, rheumatism, osteoarthritis, memory and skin conditions like eczema.
