How to boost your Immune System to help fight Coronavirus? As the season changes, many of your pals might catch flu or viral disease but some would stand tall even when everyone around them is sick. The golden spice or Indian Saffron, turmeric, is a plant that grows in Asia and Central America. Ayurvedic medicine believes that turmeric acts as an antiviral, antibacterial and antiparasitic. It has been used in curing diabetes, pain, rheumatism, osteoarthritis, memory and skin conditions like eczema.
